Intervention Service Coordinator to join our team in our Early
Intervention division. The Early Intervention Service Coordinator
is responsible for:
- Maintains caseload of 35+ families with minimum monthly
contact.
- Acts as a liaison with Bucks County MH/DP, Behavioral Health,
Children & Youth, referring agencies, families, child advocacy
representatives/organizations, and stakeholder service
providers.
- Assists in ensuring program compliance with all internal and
State/County policies, regulations, and requirements.
- Complete intakes according to Merakey of Bucks County policies
and procedures.
- Facilitating and participating in the assessment/evaluation,
development, implementation, review of IFSP s as required by

- Bachelor Degree in related field from accredited college or
university.
- One year related experience.
- Knowledge of child development preferred.
- Valid Driver s License and clean driving record
