As a part of this IT Security Identity team, this specialist will help to ensure the rest of the organization has the access needed to do their job. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a team that is evolving the internal identity access management program, including process improvement, automation, improving the internal customer request processes and much more. Lincoln Financial is evolving and embracing technology transformation across the board and in this role, you will experience a great deal of growth as we continue to evolve.In this position you will perform and deliver on routine assignments/projects while simultaneously leveraging and applying knowledge of your assigned area(s) of IT Security responsibility. You will perform data and user security access provisioning and de-provisioning on various systems, applications, and platforms introduced and maintained at Lincoln Financial Group. Additionally, you are charged with providing rapid response to the user community's requests for security access and assistance.What you'll be doing:

  • Administers security of system(s) and user IDs which include account creation, deletion, modification, reset or extension on a variety of systems, applications, and environments.
  • Ensures compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards.
  • Analyze and resolve problems with user and/or data access.
  • Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions.
  • Conducts review of applicable system access reports and audit logs and files or reports problems accordingly.
  • Ensures compliance and adherence with corporate security controls and standards.
  • Acts as an escalation point for security problems not resolved by the IT Service Desk.
  • Uses problem solving methodology for decision making and follow up
  • Analyzes and resolves problems with user and/or data access.
  • Proactively identifies basic security problems and presents/develops solutions.
  • Communicates effectively with team members, internal stakeholders and management.
  • Ensures the protection of client and company information resources against unauthorized use, inappropriate degrees of access, disclosure, damage and/or loss.What we're looking for:Must-have
    • 1-3 years of experience supporting end users
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Basic working knowledge of Active Directory, Windows, Azure AD
    • Manages the flow of questions and directs questions
    • Manages time effectively
    • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (1 - 3 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's) in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience (Minimum Required)Nice-to-have
      • Working knowledge of Azure , AWS, Linux/Unix, Cyberark, Splunk
      • Foundational knowledge of Powershell or other scripting
      • Awareness of mainframe technology administration
      • Awareness and understanding of Agile methodologies
