Location: Hybrid

Short description:

The IT Contract Specialist works to facilitate the contract process with the IT managers and the corporate contract department. Assists with sourcing and identification of authorized contract vehicles.

Skill:

Financial Terms, IP Rights, Indemnification, limits of liability, Risk Assessment, Warranties, Performance Criteria with Problem Resolution Processes

Vendors Agreement, SLA's, budget requirements, supply chain management automation, vendor management & gove

IT contract data; prepares reports on status and metrics

IT contract negotiation, managing sourcing and IT contracts, vendor sourcing and contract vehicles
