Job Description:

It's a good time to be with Miele! - For the next 12 months, the overall position will require the administrative support of key training initiatives. This includes supporting the director of training to meet major project goals within the approved framework. You will receive and track registrations of external sales associates for training events. You will then book and track the travel and accommodations of registered individuals as needed under approved guidelines. This position will support in communications internally and externally to ensure initiatives are executed in a manner in alignment with the overall strategy. The administration will also include the tracking and reporting on progressions for both in-person and digital training. The overall support and assistance of the director of training in the administration of the digital training platform is also required. Job Qualifications/Requirements:

  • High School Diplomas/GED required but bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior experience in administrative capacity
  • Proficiency with MS Office programs is required
  • Prior experience in web based platform reporting is a plus
  • Prior experience with SAP Concur or equivalent travel and accommodation experience is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
