Job Overview:Sanofi seeks a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Digital Learning Lead for the Digital Learning Institute. This role has regional and global scope working to manage the design, development and operations of the Sanofi Enterprise Digital Learning Curriculum (DiscoverDigital).The key technical & Leadership skills required for this role are:

  • Communication & Engagement skills
    Communication strategy planning, written & verbal skills, Interpersonal Relationship building
  • Project & Change Management skills
    Strategic thinking and plan development, execution with outcome & KPI reporting
  • Learning Solutions technology and systems management
    Working iteratively managing learning in gaming tech, event management, LMS and LXP managementThis role is critical for the effective development and deployment of foundational Digital learning programs looking at ways to enhance and streamline the employee experience focusing on building awareness of and access to our business-critical Digital learning solutions and contributing to curious mindset, self-led learning cultural shift. This role will work to market the enterprise digital learning solutions, communicating on current learning solutions and provide updates on learning pathways and programs under development, while seeking and engaging the business for feedback and input.This role will help achieve our organisational digital vision of becoming the leading healthcare platform by 2025 through working with our Regional Business Partners and Digital Champions and Sanofi Institute to positively influence Learner's digital ambition, improving digital literacy and embedding digital ability / behaviours to ensure a sustained outcome and impacting on transformational change. This role will contribute to achieving our Core KPIs of increasing Learning Activity and completion, increasing knowledge scores, satisfaction scores and NPS scores.Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Enterprise Digital Learning Strategy:
      Working closely with the Head of Digital Learning Institute and team to:
      • Co-create Strategic vision, roadmap and tactical plans for Sanofi Enterprise foundational learning solutions.
      • Partner with External Vendors to drive design and development of Learning solutions
      • Contribute to defining team and program success measures, and collaborate to support the update of metrics and dashboards.
      • Actively contribute towards building a collaborative culture in the Enterprise Digital Learning Team and Learning Institute.
      • Independantly and actively build and influence Sanofi University Learning culture and Innovation within Regional Area, by partnering with Regional SU Learning Leads.
      • Co-design Enterprise Digital competency framework and capabilities.
      • Drive innovation within the Digital Learning Insititute by external review of innovative learning practices.
      • Determine interdependancies between Regional Learning efforts and connect teams to drive efficiencies.
        • Enterprise Digital Learning Operations and Execution
          Working closely with the Learning operations team and Regional Champion Network to:
          • Realise digital learning priorities for the Sanofi Region, XGBU, and global functional and execute and track on the set project plan.
          • Run the local Digital Champion Network communication, to support deployment of Digital Learning Experiences.
          • Partner with vendor to localises training content and translation of training.
          • Lead the delivery of regional communication events & online learning and live virtual learning seminars and facilitation of Enterprise Digital Learning experiences (including onboarding) around core competency pillars.
          • Maintain regional training schedules, materials, tools and templates.
          • Track & report on training attendance and associated learning metrics.
            • Enterprise Digital Learning Outputs
              Working closely with the Learning operations team and Regional Champion Network to:
              • Establish and lead Regional Digital Champion Network.
              • Map, plan and execute engagement of leadership & SU stakeholders.
              • Engage at least 30-40% of the Sanofi in Region in foundational Digital Learning Experiences.
              • Establish & manage vendor relationships including localisation (translation) of training content.
              • Communicate metrics for the network and understood by leadership.
              • Deliver three virtual learning seminars over a year.Job Qualifications:Education and Experience:
                • Bachelor's Degree is required in Life Sciences or Business, and advanced degree preferred (MEd, MBA, PhD. PharmD)
                • Learning and Development, Program Management, Change Management or related field is preferred
                • Experience in capability development, strategies and tactics based on understanding of key audiences and corporate objectives
                • Experience in Agile, program management and change management methodologies and practices based on understanding of key audiences and corporate objectives
                • Experience in instructional design, developing, managing and delivering effective digital learning solutions in a large, complex organization with competing priorities
                • Experience standardizing and rolling out new technologies, up-to-date knowledge of Learning approaches and methodologies, digital design and AIKnowledge, Skills & Competencies / Language
                  • Digital Communications (omnichannel - written and visual)
                  • Change Management (communications, stakeholder engagement, building a sponsor coalition, etc.)
                  • Knowledge of learning and development best practices
                  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English(required)
                    and French or Spanish or Italian or German (an advantage)
                  • Excellent organizational and project management skills and ability to meet deadlines
                  • Thrive in ambiguity, taking appropriate risks and iterating along the way
                  • Anticipate risks and propose mitigation plans, ability to propose creative solutions to change management and engagement issues/barriers/roadblocks
                  • Works well independently and in teams with proven leadership and ability to coordinate several activities and manage stakeholders diplomatically.
