Job Description:

SYNERGY HomeCare of N Central NJ is seeking a Care Coordinator. The two main responsibilities of this position include Home Health Aide (CHHA) recruiting and ensuring client care schedules are staffed and up to date. The ideal candidate must thrive and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. Candidates with experience in home care or healthcare recruiting strongly preferred.
Primary Responsibilities

Full cycle recruiting of qualified Certified Home Health Aides (CHHA). This includes searching, cold calling, interviewing, new hire orientation, checking references, employment verification and ensure all new hire documentation is completed and inputted into system.
Find new effective recruitment strategies and methods to meet CHHA hiring goals. This includes but not limited to building relationships with CHHA training schools.
Track and maintain weekly data on applicants and new hires.


Ensure that clients are receiving the highest level of support services and continuity of care by staffing the appropriate Home Health Aide for new and existing clients
Maintain and update scheduling calendar, CHHA and client profiles
Respond and resolve inquiries regarding client and CHHA scheduling conflicts, call outs, fill-in's, time off etc.
Constant communication with CHHA's to confirm and update availability
Client and CHHA documentation in scheduling software
Perform other functions as deemed appropriate by the management team
Rotating on-call duties

Required Skills, Experience & Attributes:

High energy, fast learner with the ability to multi-task and work well in a fast pace environment.
Home care staffing, recruiting, administrative experience strongly preferred
Able to take direction and follow the process and protocols
Working knowledge of job sites such as Indeed, MYCNAJOBS etc.
Ability to convince applicants why they should work for SYNERGY HomeCare
Positive, friendly attitude and ability to work well in a close team environment
Excellent computer skills. Windows, MS Word, MS Excel etc. Ability to learn new software/system quickly
Superb customer service skills
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
