Description Robert Half is looking to hire a Travel and Expense Associate to work in the Pharmaceutical industry, whose duties will be to administer the travel and expense process. This is a long-term contract / temporary to hire employment based in the Somerset County, New Jersey area. This is with an organization that has quickly become well-respected.How you will make an impact- Administer the travel and expense process for corporate credit cards - Partner with Accounts Payable: vendor invoices and disbursement filing, A/P invoice matching & filing- General accounting: help with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects- Assemble documents that require knowledge in determining proper classification of accounting codes and expenditure codes- Resolve discrepancies by checking all possible sources of disagreement, reconstructing probable actions, and recognizing the effect on other accounts; prepare correction documents as required- Report financial facts to journals and ledgers Requirements - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines- Data entry, document management, file creation and previous records experience required- Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required- 2+ years of relevant experience- BS/BA in Accounting or related field preferred- Monthly Expense experience- Foundational knowledge in Concur- Travel Expense experience- Expense Analysis experience desiredRobert Half is the worlds first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
