Sign-On Bonus!We are currently looking for a Home Health Aide (HHA)
to join our team. This position would be responsible forproviding
personal care services to patients in their home or alternate
community setting.Responsibilities
- Supportsorganizations mission by striving for excellence in all
aspects of theirjob with a focus on positive interpersonal
relationship with co-workers
- Providespersonal care services as established in the plan of
care
- Assistspatients with mobilization and rehabilitation
- Communicateswith patients and their families on a regular
basis
- Submitsrequired documentation as per agency policy and
procedures
- Ensurescompliance of agency infection control and safety
policies
- Adheresto the organizations policy in regards to absenteeism
and appearance
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this
position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment
for this positionQualifications
- Home Health Aidecertification required
- HighSchool Diploma/GED preferred
- Strongcommunication and organizational skills
- Carand a valid drivers license
- Excellentorganizational and interpersonal skillsWorking
Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors with client/customer
contact; use of specific equipment as braces, bedpan, crutches,
electrical bed, hoyer lift, personal automobile, walker,
wheelchair, household appliances, vacuum cleaner etc.Company
