Fulltime - Direct Hire

Location: Princeton, NJ (Need local or relocate, Hybrid work)

• Looking for UI Full Stack Lead (React.JS 50% & Python 50%)
  
• Who could be face of LTI at client.
  
• Some SQL or RDBMS exp.
  
• AWS will be plus.
  
• React.js, Node.js, MongoDB and SQL.

  Job Description:
  
  
  
• Full stack Lead (Overall 10+ Years' Experience)
  
• Leading a team of Software Engineers and accountable of the team's Sprint and Release Commitments
  
• Provide hands-on technical leadership and act as a coach for the team
  
• Maintain high morale and motivate the team to go above and beyond
  
• Design and Development Performant Software Systems, Adopting Coding Best Practices, Implementing Unit Testing Frameworks apart from leading the team
  
• Performing and Driving Code Reviews, Bug Fixing, Root Cause Analysis, Ensuring Defined Unit Test Coverage and Code Quality
  
• Working closely with Architects in Finalizing Designs, Architecture and Implementation Decisions and Documenting them,
  
• Collaborating with Architects, QA, Product Management, Performance Engineering, UI/UX, Security and other product teams
  
• Working closely with Software Engineers on Grooming, Sprint Planning, Estimation, Grooming, Retrospective, Ensuring Continuous Improvements
  
• Allocating Tasks, Tracking and Monitoring them to meet Sprint and Release Commitments
  
• Helping Software Engineers, Grooming and Mentoring them as needed to be productive
  
• Driving Proof of Concepts, Technology Evaluations exploring innovative solutions and helping reach conclusions
  
• Understanding User Personas, Business Context and Big Picture of the Product Features and help refining them
  
• Communicating with Business Stakeholders and Vendor teams
  
  
  
  
  Technology Skills
  
  
  
• 4+ Years of Experience in React Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS building compelling UI with great UX
  
• 2 + Years of Experience in Python Full stack Development Building Complex Data and Analytics Applications, Exposure to Web Frameworks like Flask
  
• Good understanding of Databases like PostgreSQL, DB Design, Writing SQL Queries, Performance Tuning and Optimizing them
  
• Good understanding of Design Patterns, Design Principles, Data Structures, Algorithms, Non-Functional Requirements with Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
  
• Experience in writing Quality and Performant Code adopting to Coding Best Practices, Secure Coding Practices etc.
  
• Experience in CI/CD, Code Pipelines, Data Pipelines, Team City, Coverity Code Analyzer etc.
  
• Experience in Big Data Technologies like Hadoop Ecosystem, HDFS, Hive, Spark, Oozie etc.
  
• AWS Services like S3, EC2, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, RDS etc.
  
• Experience in Agile Methods, Scrum Ceremonies, Jira, Confluence etc
