Job Details:
The new Human Resources/Payroll Professional will be in charge of
all aspects Human Resources, payroll, and Benefits.
Responsibilities will include:
Recruit and Onboard new employees.
Benefit renewals, pension and profit sharing, cafeteria plan, short
and long term disability, life insurance, worker's compensation and
COBRA
Payroll
Employee Performance reviews
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Oversee staff employee performance
Ensure compliance with Employment laws and labor policies including
state/federal regulations
Maintain employee records
Update company policies, benefits packages and employee
handbook
Handle all aspects of Retirement plan, including year-end census
and eligibility tracking
Qualifications needed:
Bachelor's Degree
Preferred 3 + years HR Experience including benefits/payroll and
recruiting
PHR or SHRM Certified a Plus!
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Very detail oriented
