Participates in individual recovery plan for each consumer on team. The Behavioral Health Clinician provides case management services and provides direct care for consumers and their families. This is a community-based position.Requirements: Must possess Master's degree and LSW or LAC, valid New Jersey driver's license and 2 post-bachelor's level experience working with the severe mental illness (SMI) population Preferred: LCSW with three years of experience with SMI population and experience with MET, IMR, or IDDTAnnual Salary: LSW, LAC $55,000 to $60,000.
