to support this growth, we are looking for a Management Consultant
to join our Public Health Informatics and Technology business
(PHIT). We provide technical assistance services to US Civilian
Federal Agencies and their partners, such as the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), National Center for Health
Statistics (NCHS), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services
Administration (SAMHSA), and the Defense Health Agency (DHA).We are
looking for mid- and senior-level Network Architects who are
customer focused and passionate about helping large government
agencies modernize and transform through pragmatic enterprise
strategies. The projects and services support the CDC meet the
objectives of the agencies Data Modernization Initiative (DMI). You
will be working on multiple projects at a time, interacting with
all levels of ICF staff and CDC OCIO and C/I/O stakeholders. You
will assist in the development of strategies and plans for the
successful completion of large complex projects. Has direct
specialized experience in the implementation of enterprise mission
critical components that represent an investment of over $5 million
within complex government/commercial organizations.You are
experienced with applied engineering methodologies and principles
to conduct major enterprise-wide business process evaluation and
modernization projects. You will also develop plans, manage, and
provide technical oversight for the entire systems development
lifecycle including but not limited to, corporate strategic
planning; analysis and design; software development; cost and
schedule estimation; use of accepted software engineering
practices; design techniques and tools; and review of legacy
systems.Junior-level: 0-1 yearsMid-level: 2-3 yearsSenior-level:
4-5 yearsExpert-level: 5+ yearsRequired Skills include: + BS degree
in related field and at least seven (7) years of experience in
skills identified aboveOR- Formal degree requirement may be
evaluated and waived if applicant provides ten (10) years of
experience in skills identified above+ Cisco Certified Architect or
similar commercial enterprise network Architect certification+
Experience developing Concepts of Operations, Requirements, Basis
of Design, and critical designdocuments and drawings+ Experience
performing network engineering and architecting duties on projects
that support at least 1,000 users either internationally or across
CONUS.+ Demonstrated expertise with HCD and Cx skills.+
Demonstrated experience designing, developing, building, and
implementing information security within networks using DoD
information security standards; network infrastructure life cycle
management; and developing detailed end-to-end network performance
assessments+ Demonstrated relevant experience proposing new
networking technologies in support of LANs, WANs, and wireless
networks for inclusion in future designs+ Demonstrated support of
Network Operations Center and Security Operations Center functions
such as continuous monitoring, operating, reporting, detection,
investigation, and defending and maintaining the
telecommunications, networks, and cyber security components+
Demonstrated experience developing detailed end-to-end network
performance assessments+ Strong organizational and analytical
skills+ Demonstrated experience in enterprise IT telecommunications
and networks with emphasis in DoDcapabilities+ Demonstrated
experience in telecommunications and networks transformation and
modernization planning to optimize and improve efficiency of
services, and enhance network design+ Demonstrated experience with
telecommunications and networks in Cloud environments, including

. Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in
determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited
to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and
competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location,
education and certifications as well as contract provisions
regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The
pay range for this position is $118,089.00 - $200,751.00Nationwide
