We are seeking a Security Software Architect passionate about creating software products and solutions that protect our customers. The role requires deep technical expertise, a strong sense of technical evangelism, and a relentless commitment to long term customer outcomes. You are expected to quickly understand new technology, work backward from customer use cases to define technical architectures, and act as an advisor both to our customers and our product teams. You should have a demonstrated ability to think about business challenges and articulate technical solutions to solve those problems.You will architect, design, and provide technical oversight of the development of Intel security software technologies and solutions. Scope spans the entire stack including firmware, drivers, frameworks, protocols, algorithms, and applications as well as structure and validation direction. You will be responsible for pathfinding and providing technical direction for security software development and interact with technologists across Intel and within the industry to evaluate feasibility of requirements and determine priorities for development. You will define repeatable artifacts, generate internal and external technical content, and participate in evangelist and workshop activities to grow the community.To be successful in this role, you should:+ Have a strong background in security software and be able to demonstrate technical excellence when building scalable architectures.+ Be a passionate communicator, advisor, and advocate for our customers and partners.+ Demonstrate a deep understanding of software architecture.+ Strong communication skills to work across a globally diverse set of teams and customers+ Experience communicating effectively with customers, engineers, and product managers+ Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and objectives simplification to enable and empower teams working on several projects simultaneously**Qualifications**You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This role may also be available as our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
