Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Customer Service Inbound II for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.Job Description:Answers questions regarding regulations, policies and procedures for the medical marijuana program (MMP).Provides detailed direction to perspective patients, active patients, physicians, and general inquiries over the phone and through medical marijuana program emailRespond to emails that are forwarded to MMP from the Department Of Health "contact us" web page linkReview and approve applications for patients, caregivers, health care practitioners, and renewals.Generate a weekly report on all active physicians with MMP that validates license status with the Board of Medical Examiners. Inactivate the account of any health care practitioner who's license is invalid.Maintains essential records of all requests from physicians to inactivate a patient, all criminal background investigations for both caregivers and employees, and all approved minor patients. Contacts minor via email to notify them they will be receiving a new identification card reflecting their adult status with the program.Prepares correspondence to the patient in response to a request to release records and mail correspondence to the patient via certified mail.
