  What you will do:

    Create and integrates solutions and services.
    
    
  • 
    Direct or recommend enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity.

    Lead the configuration of hardware and software solutions.
    
    
  • 
    Evaluate product and service solutions.
    
    
  • 
    Lead and develop multi-platform converged enterprise standards.
    
    
  • 
    Model and provide solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business, customer, and infrastructure services.
    
    
  • 
    Be Subject matter expert in multiple hardware and software platforms.
    
    
  • 
    Lead advanced knowledge sharing and recommendations for system hardware/software solutions, telecommunication protocols, configurations, security, network protocols, and services.
    
    
  • 
    Develop new solutions and integrated service offerings to meet large-scale or enterprise projects or service requirements.
    
    
  • 
    Troubleshoot, resolve, and recommend improvement for systems, network, and security problems at an advanced level across multiple/converged technology solutions, services, and platforms.
    
    
  • 
    Author and provide input for multiple and converged systems and services, system documentation, procedures, and processes.
    
    
  • 
    Coordinate the maintenance and modification of systems. For multiple and converged systems and services will lead or provide guidance for advanced technical support. Develops and performs capacity and resource planning to optimize and expand existing network systems.
    
    
    Basic Qualifications
    
    • 
      
    • 
      Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
      
      
    • 
      At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
      
      
    • 
      At least 10 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

      Salary range reflected is an estimate of base pay and is for the primary location. Base pay range may vary if an offer is made for work in a different location. Incentive opportunities are available for eligible positions. Pay Range: $92,480.00 - $108,800.00 - $119,680.00
