COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP, NJ Project Description:

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert and Logistics GxP Lead for the 3PLs in US, Puerto Rico, and Canada .
• Partners with Global Delivery Services (GDS) and Market stakeholders to ensure an adequate plan is in place to meet GxP goals.
• Lead technical or risk assessment exercises where needed .
• Execute ad-hoc reviews of processes and provide support in collaborating with Compliance Excellence on executing self-inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary .
• Provides support in collaboration with Compliance Excellence on local self-inspections and GIA Audits where required.
• Execute In-Market Logistics outbound transport thermal performance qualifications and corresponding cyclical review.
• Partners with Global Logistics Temperature Control team as appropriate.
• Participates and partners with market stakeholders for business reviews across the region .
• Support the standardization efforts for temperature monitoring equipment across the region .
• Support all required key performance indicators (KPI), and continuous improvement opportunities needed in support of the region. Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a Scientific or technical field .
  • 3-5 years of experience in Quality or a compliance role within the pharmaceutical industry .
  • Working knowledge of GMP and GDP regulations .
  • Ability to build trustful relationships, engage and influence stakeholders at all levels .
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills .
