Mid-Atlantic region, specializing in technical and logistically
challenging construction projects across sectors including
healthcare, pharmaceutical & biotechnology, higher education,
science & technology, corporate, and museums. Providing expertise
in CM at risk, design-build, integrated project delivery, agency
CM, preconstruction, construction management methods of
delivery.
About the Position:
Hiring for a Superintendent responsible for the on-site management
of large, complex, commercial construction projects in the NJ
market area.
Requirements:
Applicants must have 5+ years of prior Superintendent
experience.
Preference for applicants with healthcare, MEP, and/or
pharmaceutical project experience.
