**Job Summary**TheSolutions Architectis a customer-facing
consultative partner for our large enterprise clients, focusing on
understanding theirtechnologygoals and strategies and mapping
solutions to business outcomes.The Solutions Architect will have a
deep understanding of technology solutions in the data center
industry and will provide field subject matter expert technical
guidance to customers through on-site and remote engagements. They
will be required to understand our customer's goals and
requirements and deliver comprehensive product and services
solutions while providing an exceptional customer experience.This
position is a remote position, required to reside in the state of
CA, however may be required to report to our Stratascale Office as
required for business needs as determined by Stratascale

limited to:_+ Demonstrates leadership to ensure that Stratascale's
recommended solutions are comprehensive, achieve customer
expectations, and meet business objectives+ Engages with multiple
layers of contacts within an organization to gain insights into the
client's environment+ Translates the clients' business and
technical objectives into solutions+ Provides subject matter
expertise for data center and private cloud+ Provides pre-sales
support through both on-site and remote customer and OEM
engagement+ Positions Stratascale services, design technical
product solutions, and drive the development of supporting
documentation+ Collaborates with post-sales delivery resources to
ensure proper sizing and scoping of product offerings and services
engagements+ Engages with pre-sales overlays and other SMEs to
contribute to larger strategic initiatives+ Focuses on delivering a
world class customer experience+ Makes recommendations to
leadership regarding market trends and opportunities to develop new
solutions+ Provides territorial alignment with strategic OEM
partners+ Educates and develops sales teams on technical selling,
product training, Stratascale services, and technology
trends**Qualifications**+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent work
experience+ In-depth knowledge of current strategic data center
vendors, products, and solutions, including storage, servers, data
protection, SDDC, and converged/hyperconverged products and
solutions+ 7 years + client-facing experience working on one or
more complex data center infrastructure solutions+ Conceptual
understanding around Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, High
Availability Solutions, Virtualization, and Private Cloud
technologies required+ Conceptual understanding around
Automation/Orchestration, SDDC, Ransomware Readiness, and
AI/ML/HPC, and Public Cloud strongly desired+ Experience supporting
enterprise accounts strongly desired+ Proficient with more than one
of the following: NetApp, Pure Storage, Cohesity, Veeam, Rubrik,
Commvault, VMware, Nutanix, Dell, HPE, and other strategic data
center technologies+ Familiarity with the RFP process+ Proficient
with Microsoft Office Products Visio, PowerPoint, Excel,

complete some special projects**Additional Information**+ The
estimated annual pay range for this position is $175,000 - $250,000
which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this
position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience,
and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to
individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical,
