One of our top clients, a leading information management and
digital services company, that provides a wide range of production
print equipment and services is looking for highly skilled
individuals to join their team in Raritan, NJ.
GENERAL INFO:
Job Title: Onsite Customer Support Specialist
Temp, possible temp to hire
Location: Raritan, NJ, Onsite
Hours: 8 am-5 pm
Pay rate: $17.74 to $20.58 dollars per hour
SUMMARY:
We are looking for an Onsite Customer Support Specialist to join
the client's service team and support daily operations for all
contracted services at customer accounts within a geographical
area. As an integral member of the team, you will assist management
with process improvement, procedural testing, and validation, and
ensure field compliance with operational best practices.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
--- Assist with onboarding new team members and cross-training
peers
--- Routinely inspect Site Procedures Guide for accuracy and
compliance
--- Provide feedback on-site experience to help improve customer
experience
--- Escalate customer issues and support the resolution to
completion
--- Collect data and maintain accurate monthly expenses
QUALIFICATIONS:
--- 1 year or more of related work experience
--- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent
--- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft and computers, Intermediate
skill level on most common software applications
--- Ability to adapt to changing situations, flexibility, high
motivation, and sense of urgency
--- Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate problem resolution
--- Routinely may be asked to report to an alternate site on any
given day which could result in walking, driving, or other modes of
transportation to that alternate site and a longer commute time
that exceeds the scheduled shift
--- Valid, violation-free driver---s license along with reliable
transportation and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage per
company policy
