JOB SUMMARY:

This internship program will offer a learning environment that incorporates real-world experience with an extensive overview of the medical device industry. The Learning & Development Intern, Commercial US CNS will work within a team of L&D managers to deliver education, design training projects, and develop educational resources and tools for our internal stakeholders (field-based commercial sales). This is a temporary, non-exempt, remote position reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning & Development.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  
• Help to build and execute clinical education content. (i.e. design, develop and implementation of Novocure's L&D education programs and key initiatives)
  
• Courage to work effectively as a team member as well as working and developing independently
  
• Quick learning and the ability to adjust in a fast paced, growing work environment
  
• Time management skills to manage multiple short-term projects simultaneously

  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in one of the following fields of study: Major in Business, Healthcare, Vocational Business Education, or other relevant fields of study

    • Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0
      
    • Rising Senior and Final Year MBA candidates (preferred)
      
      
      
    • Experience working in a commercial environment
      
    • Proficient experience in each of the following MS Office applications (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

      • Available full-time (approximately 40 hours/week)
        
      • 100% remotely US-based position. No re-location provided
        
      • Participate in the Intern Program with other interns; biweekly Lunch & Learns, Coffee Chats & Final Presentation
