Customer Experience Associate II

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Associate II , you will be supporting our
client's customers mail applications for medications. You will be
responsible for sorting, processing and date entry for incoming
applications received by mail in office.
As a Customer Experience Associate II, you will be responsible
for:
Providing customers with appropriate customized solutions to meet
their needs
Performing routine call center activities concerning business
products and services
Using the tools provided to guide you through customer
conversations
Providing customers with important information while communicating
in a warm empathetic manner
Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to
date
Requirements
Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
Have skills in Microsoft, Excel and Computers.
Be proficient in scanning. sorting and tracking mail/documents
Demonstrate the ability to type a minimum of 20 WPM
Have prior clerical/ customer service work experience in mail room
setting.
