Job Description:

Our client is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Sanitation Supervisor.Starts at 9 PM goes until done.SummaryReports directly to the Manager of Quality Assurance and is charged with maintaining consistent levels of sanitation and bacterial control.
This position supervises staff who regularly (every 24 hours) clean and sanitize all production areas of the facilities following daily production.Responsibilities:
Assist in development of and implementation of quality production programs to ensure raw materials, intermediates, and finished products conform to quality standards. Revise and update quality control procedures as necessary for regulatory compliance. Participate in development of, and monitoring of compliance of all manufacturing systems in accordance with HACCP. Assures department personnel follow all company safety and health procedures for protection of self and others. Responsible for daily formulation of products using least-cost-formulation program, and projecting weekly usage of raw materials for purchasing. Maintain performance of facility sanitation programs with regard to SSOP program requirements. Develop and maintain quality inspection program for co-packed product. Provide training in GMP's, GLP's, SSOP's, HACCP, and food safety to new employees, laboratory personnel, and production employees with HACCP responsibilities. Responsible for maintaining documentation for all programs, and preparing reports required by customers and management.Qualifications:
3 years minimum experience in sanitation in the food industry.
