Systems Engineer** Sponsorship NOT available for this position **What you can expectYou can expect opportunities to work on our hybrid systems spanning the globe. The SRE installs, configures, and monitors new systems within a network of global data centers. They also patch and maintain thousands of physical and cloud systems globally. You will write automation to reduce repetitive tasks, and analyze and remediate performance bottlenecks. As an SRE, you will also update and troubleshoot user access permissions, troubleshoot network connectivity and maintain system firewalls.About the TeamZoom's SRE team is dedicated to delivering customer happiness, enhancing business efficiency, and fostering agility through innovation, data insights, and automation. • Install, configure, and monitor new systems within a network of global data centers.
• Patch and maintain thousands of physical and cloud systems globally.
• Write automation scripts to reduce repetitive tasks.
• Analyze and remediate performance bottlenecks.
• Update and troubleshoot user access permissions.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and maintain system firewalls.What we're looking for
  • Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science (or equivalent experience).
  • Have a minimum 3 years of DevOps or SRE experience.
  • Have experience with Linux systems administration with a focus on Ubuntu.
  • Experience with Ansible automation.
  • Possess experience with Scripting, with a focus on Python.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Git, and Terraform.
  • Experience with operating system deployments tools like Cobbler or Foreman.
  • Have expertise in navigating through diverse cloud platforms.
  • Experience with Kubernetes is considered as a nice to have.Salary Range or On Target Earnings:Minimum:$70,200.00Maximum:$162,200.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locationsAt Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
