We are seeking a highly skilled

AEM Front End Lead

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $110,000/Year to $140,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

  Job Summary
  
  Responsibilities
  Lead the planning and implementation of AEM projects.
  Oversee the development and deployment of AEM solutions.
  Provide technical guidance and support to the AEM engineering team.
  Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
  Ensure the quality and performance of AEM applications.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM solutions with other systems.
  Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
  Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
  Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  Drive continuous improvement in project management processes.
  Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  Qualifications
  Possess extensive experience in AEM support system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
  Demonstrate strong project management skills with a proven track record.
  Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  Show ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Have experience in risk management and mitigation.
  Display strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  Be familiar with bioinformatics domain (nice to have).
  Hold a relevant project management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2).
  Show proficiency in using project management tools and software.
  Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills.
  Be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  Have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
  
  Role-Possess a strong background in AEM support engineering system engineering frontend backend and authoring.
  Demonstrate experience in designing and implementing scalable AEM solutions.
  Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  Show proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  Have a keen understanding of security best practices in AEM implementations.
  Display strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  Experience in the Bioinformatics domain is a plus.
  Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends.
  Provide training and support to end-users on AEM authoring and content management.
  Certifications Required
  Adobe Certification
