This position will be full-time contract and onsite. What You'll Do

  • Provide technical assistance on problems dealing with operating systems, computers, utility programs, and system control parameters
  • Support the helpdesk and oversee the timely delivery of quality technical support
  • Manage help desk personnel and develop policies and procedures for troubleshooting IT issues
  • Assess new products or services and suggest enhancements to senior managementWhat You'll NeedRequired:
    • Hardware/software support to end users; installs hardware and software on servers or workstations
    • Experience in a Windows environment
    • Telephone communication skills
    • Maintenance or installation of basic application programs and support (e.g., password reset, user management)Preferred:
      • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Teams, SharePoint
      • Knowledge of ServiceNowPhysical Demands
        • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
        • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
