_*Physical Therapist *__*GHR Healthcare is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) with the premiere health system in Trenton, NJ to provide home health services.*_*Home Health Physical Therapist - Capital Health's LIFE Program*_LIFE: Living Independence for the Elderly_*Schedule:* Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM*Location:* Regular home visits in Mercer County & North Burlington County*No on-call duties or weekend work required**About:* LIFE Program is seeking a *Home Health Physical Therapist* to help elderly patients maintain their independence.
