Job Description:

leading engineering firm, is seeking a dynamic Marketing
Professional to drive our brand visibility, lead generation, and
industry engagement. What You’ll Do: · Develop and execute
marketing strategies tailored to the Engineering industry. ·
Coordinate proposal writing and preparation of qualifications
packages (RFQs/RFPs). · Create compelling content across digital
platforms, print, and presentations. · Manage and grow our online
presence (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.). · Organize and
promote industry events, conferences, and community outreach. ·
Collaborate with technical teams to translate complex engineering
projects into accessible marketing materials. · Analyze marketing
performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI. What You Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
(MEC industry experience highly preferred). · Experience with
digital marketing and online presence (website, LinkedIn, email
campaigns, etc.). · 3 years of experience in B2B marketing— in
engineering, architecture, or construction. · Strong writing,
editing, and graphic design skills. · Familiarity with CRM and
marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics). · A
