Job Description:
A fast-growing consumer brand is seeking a hands-on Shopify DTC
Growth Lead to fully own and scale its direct-to-consumer business.
This role is fully accountable for revenue, profit, and execution
across all DTC marketing channels. The position is execution-heavy
and performance-driven, ideal for someone who moves fast, tests
aggressively, and owns results end to end. Responsibilities
Include: Own and grow the Shopify DTC business with full
responsibility for revenue and profit Run all DTC marketing
channels including Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, email, SEO, and
on-site conversion Own the full funnel from ad to checkout and
improve conversion rates Launch, test, scale, or shut down
campaigns based on performance Manage agencies and virtual
assistants and hold them accountable Build simple reporting focused
on sales, profit, and performance Own and improve the DTC tech
stack and systems Lead ad creative and copy direction with a
performance mindset Ideal Qualifications: 1 year of hands-on
Shopify DTC growth experience (not Amazon or marketplaces) Strong
experience with paid ads and funnels Comfortable owning revenue
numbers, efficiency targets, and P&L Highly organized,
fast-paced, and execution-focused Strong communication and
collaboration skills Self-starter mentality; thrives in
