Long Term Contract
Job Summary:- Assist in all areas of the IT Department including
software and hardware maintenance, employee training, support of
employee questions and problems, and delivery of timely reports and
other information to those who need it to insure the smooth
operation of the department and flow of information throughout the
company.- Performs other duties from time to time, deemed
appropriate by the supervisor.
Qualification Requirements: -To perform this job successfully, an
individual must be able to perform each essential duty
satisfactorily.- The requirements listed below are representative

Education and Experience: -AA or AS Degree, or 2 years of technical
school or 4 years computer related experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:- Valid driver's license in
the state of residence plus three year driving history and a
driving record in good standing.
Knowledge, Skill and Ability:- MS Windows/O365 experience Server
virtualization - Hyper-V (preferred) or VMWare, Active Directory
and preferred PowerShell scripting Strong communication, critical
thinking and problem solving skills. Requirements gathering and
analytical skills. Excellent Customer Service skills - Applicant
with be working between users, management, IT personnel and
external service providers (vendors, ISP's, etc.). Must be
organized and reliable - Applicant will assist keeping trouble
tickets, projects and documentation moving towards resolution and
completion. Must be proficient in standard office software
including Microsoft Office and Office 365. IT specific skills
including desktop PC repair, server maintenance, enterprise systems
management, virtualization, Active Directory, etc.) are preferred.
Installs, supports and administers all company issued laptops
(Dell) Provides remote support for customer infrastructure
Physical Requirements: Mobility and ability to bend and reach
during an eight hour day.- Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds.-
Visual and auditory acuity sufficient to evaluate information and
maintain accurate records.- Fine motor skills and legible and
accurate writing of reports, daily correspondence and presentation
either manually or orally.- Ability to work an eight hour day with
a one hour lunch break.
