The Sr. Financial Analyst will also provide analytical support to deliver key strategic insights and build strategic partnerships with Depuy Synthes and J&J Vision Supply Chain, PMO and senior Finance leaders to accomplish strategic goals.Primary Responsibilities Include* Drive Capital portfolio analytics to provide strategic insights; develop management presentations and communicate key messaging and framing to shape and drive business decisions* Lead end to end financial reporting and analysis of franchise Supply Chain Consolidated Capital results, including quarterly actuals and all major forecast cycles* Drive innovation and agile ways of working through automation across the Enterprise Supply Chain organization with partnership across all sectors at J&J* Develop strong business partner relationships throughout the organization to drive robust understanding of strategic capital portfolio management process (Franchise Supply Chain CFO, PMO Leadership, Capital Investment Review Committee).* Implement new Capital processes while identifying existing process improvements to standardize and streamline reporting across the Medical Device Supply Chain organization, as well as, with the Enterprise SC teams across all sectors* Provide financial leadership and accounting guidance in compliance with World Wide Procedure 410B to cross functional teams for capital appropriation requests* Provide ROI, IRR, and NPV analysis on strategic franchise Supply Chain capital projects and portfolios* Ensure Long Range Financial Planning, Business Plan and Forecast updates and equip Franchise Supply Chain leaders with key data to influence and support their decisionsQualifications* A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required, preferably with a major in Accounting or Finance. * MBA, CPA, CMA, or other financial certifications are preferred.* A minimum of 3 years of finance or related business experience is required.* Candidate must possess excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization, including interacting with senior management, and operate in a highly matrixed structure is required.* Must possess the ability to recommend, influence, implement process improvements, work independently and handle multiple priorities is required.* Intermediate to Advanced Excel Skills and the ability to make sound recommendations based upon analysis of large data sets is required.* Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau etc.) is preferred* This position is based in Bridgewater, NJ and may require up to 5% of domestic travel.Johnson & Johnson is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
