Description: Penske Logistics is now hiring WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATES We are hiring FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME PICKERS/PACKERS at our warehouse in Swedesboro, NJ Visit us at our hiring events: Friday, April 9th, 12pm-5pm Saturday, April 10th, 10am-3pm 1110 Commerce Boulevard Swedesboro, NJ 08085 Candidates are strongly encouraged to complete an on-line application prior to arrival at the event. Warehouse Schedules Available: -Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5:30pm (bagels, picking orders) -Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 9am-5:30pm (bagels, picking orders) -Full-Time, Sunday-Thursday, 11:30am-8pm (cooler, picking orders) -Full-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 11:30am-8pm (cooler, picking orders) -Part-Time, Sunday-Thursday, 6pm-11pm (packing, trailer loading, light cleaning) -Part-Time, Tuesday-Saturday, 6pm-11pm (packing, trailer loading, light cleaning) Pay: -$15.00/hour -$0.50 differential for cooler Know a qualified Class A Driver? We are also hiring for Local Class A Drivers Bring a qualified Class A Driver with you and receive a $25 Wawa giftcard Our truck drivers are responsible for delivering bakery products to retail stores. Drivers will deliver to surrounding states within a 100 mile radius of the cross dock. Drivers average 11 stops, 170 miles per day. Local, home daily Various start times, generally ranging from 1:45pm-6:45pm. Weekends are required. Day cabs, 45'-53' refrigerated trailers with lift-gates. Activity-based pay. Drivers are paid weekly. Opportunity to earn up to $90K annually Must have 1 year of documented tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 3 years. Qualifications: -Previous warehouse experience preferred -High school diploma or equivalent preferred -Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required -Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required -Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook required (where applicable by location) -Flexible to work overtime preferred -Ability to work in non-climate controlled conditions required -Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job -Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
