Ref ID: 02720-0011742857Classification: Manager of BenefitsCompensation: $75000.00 to $85000.00 yearlyA distribution company in the Middlesex--county area is looking for a distribution manager. * Manage and oversee all warehouse and transportation operational activities.* Partner with department manager to develop an effective and efficient operating rhythm for the warehouse and transportation operations.* Monitor progress and achieve operational goals.* Ensure all employees adhere to all OSHA and the company's safety and compliance standards; provide a safe and hazard-free environment for all employees.* Ensure all company equipment including the warehouse, delivery vans, and material-handling equipment are in outstanding condition.* Direct and supervise all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure they are correct and carried out in a timely fashion.* Develop work schedules and assignments.Job Requirements:Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience. Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus. This role does require experience in Quickbooks and Excel. Accounting clerk must be organized.
