Enterprise Architect Coordinator/Analyst

Position Description
This is a coordinator/analyst role within the enterprise architecture team for R&D.

Your future duties and responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this position will be to organize, coordinate and support the ARB (architecture review board) process and activities ensuring that appropriate documents are prepared and submitted, timelines for reviews are adhered to, review meetings are scheduled and conducted effectively and efficiently, and all open items are documented, tracked and followed up on.

The successful candidate will grow into a project management or enterprise/solution architecture role

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have exceptional organization and communication skills, and excellent MSOffice skills. Must be a quick starter, critical thinker, and have the ability to navigate hurdles to get things done. Prior experience in a pharma R&D environment would be very helpful. Past experience as project manager / project coordinator would be useful.
