The Application group drives the discovery, delivery and support of mission-critical applications for our North America business. The Application Group is seeking a self-motivated professional, with excellent analytical and technical skills. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for capturing and documenting processes, systems and data flows within the Supply Chain organization. Proper, accurate documentation is critical in capturing core technology functions within Supply Chain operation. This includes Sales Order processing, WMS processing, packing, printing and outbound shipment notifications. Key internal partners include E-Commerce, Data Integration and Supply Chain teams. The successful candidate is expected to understand e-commerce, order management/orchestration and warehouse operations. The candidate is expected to demonstrate solid process knowledge and capabilities have foundational knowledge of Cloud deployment patterns and data integration. This candidate will be expected to be a self-motivated leader who is able to work independently while also collaborating effectively in a team setting.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Business Analyst for Warehouse / Supply
  • Analyze and document existing Supply workflows. Identify inefficiencies, process gaps and opportunities for Automation
  • Identify, create, and facilitate process design and changes by conducting business and systems process analysis, focusing on WMS/YMS workflow and process, as well as ERP process and data management.
  • Identify & develop process improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive). Create clear documentation of business and systems requirements/steps
  • Create or assist in developing written procedures for Warehouse team. Specifically with respect to Warehouse technology.
  • Document data integration flows across warehouse operation, including WMS, ERP, Carrier, Conveyor, Labeling and Printing
  • Partner with management of the business functions to define reporting requirements, and prioritize delivery of reporting solutions
  • Present key findings and propose solutions to problems facing the business
  • Collaborate closely with warehouse, supply chain and technology teams to build a foundation for the project efforts by capturing the business context – problem definition, current state, objectives, business case, desired future state definition, etc.
  • Communicate status updates with stakeholders
  • Partner with third party vendors, ensure timely resolution of issues and strong delivery
  • Design Business Processes, train stakeholders, and plan deployment of configuration(s) to production KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:Consistent performance of the Order-Fulfillment work stream with a consistent flow of orders to the warehouse.Clear documentation and consistent change management practicesProactive contribution to group initiatives and projects.Clear, continuous communication with IT, vendors and business stakeholders.REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION Bachelors Degree in fields such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Information Technology preferred, or related field of study. EXPERIENCE
    • Minimum 2 years as Business Analyst, documenting, validating and communicating features, enhancements and bugs in a collaborative environment
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in managing change and driving business process
    • 2-3 years as a Business Analyst within a software development or systems integration function
    • 2 years experience in with Retail and Supply Chain operations
    • Possess strong planning and organizing skills
    • Process improvement mindset
    • Relevant WMS industry experience
    • Experience leveraging Agile methodologies strongly preferredSKILLS
      • Strong organization skills and detail oriented
      • Demonstrated abilities to drive the automation of processes
      • Strong understanding of integration patterns and industry best practice techniques
      • Strong communications and decision-making skills – ability to balance conflicting needs
      • Solid knowledge of system high-availability concepts and best practices
      • Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
      • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to function in a fast-paced multifunctional environment where priorities change quickly
      • Demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and drive tasks to completion
