Position Summary:ETS has expressed a commitment to being an employer of choice by attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse workforce. Under the general direction and supervision of the Chief Diversity Officer (CDO), this position works on a variety of assignments pertaining to ETS's corporate diversity strategy, with a special focus on communication and coordination both within the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and across the enterprise. The role requires knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and competencies and how they relate to ETS employees. Responsibilities include providing leadership and expertise in areas of responsibility related to codifying statistical data for the annual EEO-1 and the AAP reports. This role also collaborates with Human Resources as needed to ensure 100% accuracy of diversity metrics and documentation to support and align with ETS's business efforts.Responsibilities:

  • Translate statistical analyses and data into reports to interpret findings and provide clear, concise and intuitive insight for equity and diversity initiatives
  • Analyze workforce demographics and monitor outcomes for progress
  • Report, analyze, track and evaluate internal diversity metrics and diversity metrics/reports for Affirmative Action, EEO-1, VETS-4212 for bi-annual submission
  • Provide ongoing analyses of AAP data to; Track and revise reports to determine if aligned with diversity goals and objectives
  • Create and submit reports to internal stakeholders (e.g., CDO, BOT)
  • Work closely with the Office of DEI on internal leadership development programs for diverse talent; (e.g., BRGs and BRG Mentoring Circle Program)
  • Retrieve, prepare, and compile relevant ad-hoc data reports to monitor and evaluate ETS divisions and overall workforce to analyze diversity and progress in comparison to relevant diversity benchmarks and trends
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to the job functionRequired Experience:Education, certifications, or Special Licenses:
    • BA required; will substitute eight (8) years of direct DEI experience specific to collecting, codifying and analyzing diversity, equity and inclusion dataRelevant Years of Experience:
      • Minimum 5 years of hands-on DEI experience Other Requirements:
