Commercial Data Platform is searching for skilled data analysts to
join our team to radically modernizing our Commercial data
capabilities to deliver enterprise data warehouse & analytic
solutions.**Job Highlights:**Reporting directly to the head of
Global Commercial Data Platforms, the Data Analyst will manage both
data and business needs.+ Leverage data and facts to identify
patterns, using judgment to form conclusions that may challenge
conventional wisdom, and focusing on the issues to identify high
leverage intervention points and strategies+ Communicate solution
tradeoffs to business stakeholders to frame and influence project
decisions+ Identify and analyze business needs and coordinate
between stakeholder groups across multiple business units to
address and deliver prompt, efficient, quality service+ Work with
business stakeholders to understand user requirements for data use,
analysis, and quality+ Manage requirements elicitation, analysis,
and documentation processes to capture business and end user needs+
Have a deep understanding of business processes and technology to
help business stakeholders achieve their desired outcomes.+ Manage
data analysis and user requirements, focusing on data and
integration-intensive initiatives.+ Identify, ingest, and aggregate
data from internal and external sources+ Identify new opportunities
to leverage data and to integrate data or applications to enhance
business value+ Provide guidance for building data integration
pipelines+ Working knowledge of Data Quality strategies and
management+ Deliver in compliance with quality, regulatory (Data
Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirements+
Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology
trends**Technical Requirements & Qualifications:**+ Requires strong
experience as a Data Analyst, including data manipulation and data
analysis+ Expert in Data manipulation techniques (Advanced SQL) &
Development coding practices+ Experience in a commercial
pharmaceuticals/biotech/healthcare company is a strong plus+
Knowledge of Agile practices+ Preferred Knowledge of Data
Warehousing, Snowflake, SQL, ETL/ELT, Informatica, AWS+ Bachelor's
degree in computer sciences or Equivalent professional experience+
Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite, including Teams**Core
