Our client in the retail wholesale industry is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to aid their Accounting team. The company is pursuing an Accounts Receivable Analyst who can work collaboratively in a team providing efficient results within a rapidly expanding industry. Salary/Hourly Rate: $44k - $47k Position Overview: The Accounts Receivable Analyst will assist the Accounting department in reviewing, analyzing, and disputing chargebacks taken by customers. Responsibilities will reach spectrums of monitoring and processing incoming payments and securing revenue. The position requires a motivated Accounts Receivable Analyst accompanied with determination and communication skills that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:

• Conduct research and analysis of AR reports
• Ensure all chargebacks are correct and valid
• Maintain appropriate documentation of chargeback items
• Provide support as required in assisting monthly chargeback reconciliations
• Monitor and track all cash receipts in a timely manner Qualifications of the Accounts Receivable Analyst:
  • 1 - 2 years of accounting experience is required
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and journals
  • Proficiency in Excel preferably (Pivot and V Lookup)
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Detail oriented Education Requirements:
