Job DescriptionAs a Sr. Business Analyst, you will act in the role of leadproject facilitator and Business Analyst for the train across scrum teams. In this role you will lead across departmental projects ensuring consistency in all project work and be responsible for facilitating, defining and documenting business requirements for clinical domain projects/applications.The projects you will lead will be geared toward clinical (UM/CM) functionalities, which includes migrating membership to new platform, any new additional business needs plus application enhancements and documenting business requirements for reporting. You will need to ensure that as new functionality introduced to platform still continue to support existing operational efficiencies. You will be directly working with architects, developers and QA teams to oversee and accountable for project delivery. You are responsible for project concept, business requirements, functional requirement sign-off, design sign-off, user acceptance testing, implementation and roll-out of new functionality. You will accomplish this by: Handling key projects with multiple challenging deadlines Consulting with project stakeholder and internal/external partners, including executive leadershipPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:Minimum: 43,700Maximum: 100,000Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.Required Qualifications5 years of experience as a Business Analyst experiencePreferred Qualifications Safe Agile experience, PI planning and knowledgeable in using Rally tool. Experience with evaluating business needs at a high level to allow business priority decisions Build effective relationships with business partner, IT team & other stakeholders Experience with databases as well interpretation and manipulation of related data. Ability write and interpret query language Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
