Job Description:
Are you able to work onsite?Do you like to solve technical problems?About the RoleAs part of the technical team, you will provide desktop and operating systems support to onsite and remote business users.ResponsibilitiesProviding end-user technical support including performing hardware/software installations and resolving day-to-day system problems onsite and remote staff.Deploying, supporting, and configuring Windows 10 and 11 operating systems and Avaya softphones.Working closely with trainers during onsite and remote new hire setup and orientation.Performing routine and repetitive technical support activities.Resolving routine and complex issues and assignments.Maintaining computer and hardware inventory.Interfacing with end users by phone and/or in person.RequirementsHave a degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Show a minimum of one year of related technical support experience.Possess knowledge of computing processes and technology including Windows 10 or 11 Operating Systems, system hardware and software diagnostics.Able to work effectively under pressure to diagnose user needs and escalate problems.Flexible WorkingAt Conduent, we want you to be yourself.
