Job Description

The Government Pricing Analyst III will support the Sandoz
Government Pricing team in data prep, validation, and analytics
related to Sandoz participation in the following government
programs: Medicare Part B, VA Federal Supply Schedule Program,
Medicaid Drug Rebate Program, and PHS 340B Drug Discount
Program.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Preparing and validating underlying data for one or more of the
following: Average Manufacturer Price (AMP), Best Price (BP),
Average Sales Price (ASP, non-Federal Average Manufacturer Price
(nFAMP), and Federal Ceiling Price (FCP).
* Assisting GP Manger in the completion of State and Supplemental
Program filings within the allotted timeframe.
* Responsible for maintaining monthly validation, calculation, and
SOX documentation.
* Identifying and assisting in resolution of compliance issues,
questions, and pricing requests received from other units of the
company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
* Supporting the GP Manager in calculation compliance and
coordinates process of existing and new data from business systems
for inclusion into price calculations.
* Assisting GP Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly
presentation decks.
* Participating/contributing to government pricing related projects
as needed.
* Providing input and analysis on proposed and new Government
Regulations.
This position will be located at the Princeton, NJ site and will
not have the ability to be located remotely. Please note that this
role would not provide relocation and only local candidates will be
considered.

Minimum requirements
What you'll bring to the role:
Minimum:
* Bachelor's degree
* Finance or related pharmaceutical industry experience
* Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills to interact with
all levels of internal and external customers
* Intermediate analytical skills
* Important competencies are collaboration, problem solving,
innovation, planning and organizing, and attention to detail
Preferred:
* Degree subject area in Business, Finance or related
* 1+ years of government pricing experience
* Government Pricing/Medicaid Rebate System experience
* Working knowledge of government regulations pertaining to Federal
and State programs

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is
expected to be between $88,000.00 and $132,000.00 per year;
however, while salary ranges are effective from 1/1/23 through
12/31/23, fluctuations in the job market may necessitate
adjustments to pay ranges during this period. Further, final pay
determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not
limited to geographical location, experience level, knowledge,
skills and abilities. The total compensation package for this
position may also include other elements, including a sign-on
bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition
to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits
(including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits,
such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the
position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans
will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If
hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company
reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other
discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time,
including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or
individual department/team performance, and market factors.
