Indegene, Inc. has openings for Sr. CRM Consultant in Princeton, NJ: Job Title: Sr. CRM Consultant Job duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time Job Duties:

• Strategic leadership of application development and platform implementation team to set the vision, direction, and practices for the development/implementation teams
• Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Review work done by team members and suggested improvements wherever needed
• Manage and lead the implementation teams that delivers on the full life cycle of the CRM
• Implementation and across multiple functional areas
• Define and lead domain initiatives like hackathons and debates to increase awareness and motivate internal and external teams
• Responsible for the execution and delivery of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud migration for a defined number of brand teams in partnership with the technical migration team
• Reviews migration requirements and foundational pieces to ensure it meets brand expectations
• Partners across internal and external stakeholders to ensure the migration meets the brand teams expectations
• Facilitates change management communication across business and IT processes partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Exhibits a culture of integrity, excellence, initiative, and compliance
• Lead strategic initiatives to promote and maintain a true global organization by focusing on cultural diversity and to ensure employee friendly and healthy work environment
• Point of contact for escalations for all customer issues during implementation phase
• Identify new revenue opportunities within the customer account by fostering growing relationships with key client counterparts throughout implementation and beyond
• Strategic planning with client stakeholders to share new services offerings, gather feedback for service improvement, and to understand status, pain points and areas for incremental services
• Collaborate with sales teams on pre-sales and post sales activities
• Responsible for high client satisfaction for all milestone deliveries vis--vis quality and accuracy of delivery, timeliness, by partnering with clients across the entire gamut of solutions in Learning, Microsite production, mobility solutions and digital factory
• Responsible to drive hands-on delivery of critical business initiatives for clients such as project planning, requirements gathering, elicitation and definition, risk management, communication, and implementation planning Establish and innovate CRM Centre of Excellence and update the team with knowledge on New CRM Tools and technology
• Benchmark delivery quality par and beyond industry standards
• Review work products and suggest improvements and review qualityJob Requirement: Required Bachelors or foreign equivalent in Management, Engineering (Any), MIS, Electronic Media, IT or any related field + 5 years of experience in the job offered, Programmer Analyst, Program Manager, Project Manager, IT Analyst, or related.
