Our client, seeks a Help Desk or Technical Support professional to support internal users with hardware/software issues. This is a full time contract position working onsite 5 days a week in Princeton, NJ

Phone, In Person and Remote Access Support
Preform 1st / 2nd level troubleshooting on all software and hardware issues
Record technical solutions for tickets
Experience in help desk / technical support / call center environment
Previous Experience with ticketing software
COMPTIA A+ preferred Important Skills:
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Help Desk and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent problem solver; able to prioritize and coordinate between tasks
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills, both written, verba
