DescriptionJob SummaryWe are looking for an Associate, Supply
Planner will work closely with the Supply Chain team to understand
the product demand and carry out the supply planning activities to
ensure continuous uninterrupted supplies of products in the
market.Roles & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for maintaining an optimized target
stock level for the assigned products.
- You will coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to
ensure all prerequisites are met for product packaging at co-packer
facilities.
- You will analyze weekly and monthly demand using order and
forecast data, adjusting packing plans accordingly.
- You will be responsible for managing co-packer operations to
ensure timely creation, review, and release of finished goods batch
documents.
- You will liaise with third-party logistics (3PL) and co-packers
to ensure timely delivery of released finished goods.
- You will be responsible for reviewing monthly supply gaps and
providing necessary commitments for accurate Lead Time Estimations
(LE).
- Your responsibilities include ensuring timely availability of
finished goods at 3PL facilities for order processing, resolving
variances between UPS and DRL systems for OTC (over-the-counter)
products, and conducting monthly reconciliation for multiple
co-packers.
- You will be responsible for preparing various reports including
Back-order shells, bulk report shells, Bulk In-transit reports, New
product tracker, and other reports required by OTC Supply
Planning.
- You will manage Goods Receipt Note (GRN) and material
consumption for all US External Manufactured products and OTC
products (Bulk & Component Receipts).
- You will create batches for US external manufacturing
products.
- You will be responsible for generating Advanced Shipping
Notices (ASN) and following up with 3PLs for material availability,
resolving any technical issues.
- You will execute Emerson Warehouse transactions manually as our
systems are not connected via Electronic Data Interchange
(EDI).
- You will be responsible for setting up product information for
new products and maintaining data in various systems within DRL and
UPS.QualificationsEducational qualification: Bachelor's degree in
any discipline (Supply Chain preferred)Minimum work experience: 3+
years of experienceSkills & attributes:
- Knowledge of SAP preferred.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to Multitask on several projects.
- Agility and time management.
- Attention to details and Problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).Additional
