Job Description:

  • We are looking for individuals who have a great background in customer service and outstanding attendance to work in an INBOUND ONLY call center environment in Piscataway, NJ! We are currently hiring several Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our client in Piscataway, NJ. The first two weeks are paid training so prior call center experience is not required. Daily, Call Center Representatives will answer inbound calls from people who are going to dig and need buried utility lines such as gas and water lines marked. During this call, Call Center Representatives will interview the caller to obtain information about the caller's dig site. Please note: These are inbound, information gathering, calls and you will not be selling anything. This is a great opportunity to receive paid training and obtain experience in a call center environment. The duties of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will include the following:
    • Answering incoming calls in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Obtaining sufficient and accurate ticket information from callers.
    • Demonstrating accuracy when entering tickets
    • Providing excellent customer service.
    • Achieving the minimal ticket quantity and/or processing time and ticket quality standards. Customer Service Representative (CSR) Call Center Required Skills:
      • Prior call center experience is NOT required
      • High School Diploma OR GED Equivalent
      • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills
      • Self-Motivated team player
      • Attention to detail and good listening skills
      • Must be dependable and have good attendance and be punctual
      • Follow all Company Policies and Procedures The Position Involves the Following:
        Training Hours - 8 am-5 pm onsite for 3 weeks
        • After Training Schedule: you will be ASSIGNED a schedule between the hours of 8 am to 8 pm M-F
          • There will be overtime during busy weeks, up to 10 hours per week
            • You will be required to work every other Saturday once out of training- from 8 am-5 pm Job Type: Full-time

              • Follow instructions from supervisors.
              • Follow all Company Policies and Procedures
