It---s a good time to be with Miele!-- This position is responsible for sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You will also be responsible for supporting sales team with key sales promotions, projects, customer follow up items and other support duties as required. Essential Functions

  • Responsible for incoming leads from online social media channels and further platforms
  • Responsible for opportunities from service technicians
  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
    • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
    • Cold calling prospects from shows, referrals, LinkedIn
    • Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows, etc
    • Ensuring that all relevant business opportunities are engaged
    • Contact all leads and establish next steps to fully utilize all sales opportunities
    • Opportunity search and management of various Tender sites for Canada, to support sales lead opportunities and follow up
    • Furthering long term opportunities
    • Assisting Partners / Dealers with lead/quotation follow-up and quality control
    • Build, grow and manage a portfolio of Partners / Dealers virtually
    • Execute sales strategies within customer segments and markets (lead generation, direct and indirect sales, etc.)
    • Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales representative for follow-up and closure if on-site visit is needed
      • Participate in Management Committees within region, to shape all key operational decisions and review performance Requirements
        • Graduate/Post Graduate--
        • 3+ years business experience in Sales and/or Marketing
        • Good understanding of the Professional appliances industry as well as customer needs and requirements (experience in medical sales an asset)
        • Good knowledge of Professional product range as well as their features, ability to manage multiple product categories
        • Excellent oral communication skills and sales competencies with the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers remotely
        • Bilingual French as asset
        • Agility and decisiveness,
        • Results orientated individual
        • Customer centric mindset --- sales and service first
