Outside Sales Representative - North New Jersey, USA --What We Need:o----Multivista is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Professional who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market.
What You Can Do:o----Manage and penetrate the Northern New Jersey sales territoryo----Generate revenue by identifying, selling, and developing new enterprise-level clientso----Orchestrate institutional buy-in across multiple stakeholders and roles in an organizationo----Nurture an existing client base for renewals and upsell opportunities and prospect potential customers through outbound calls and drop-in site visitso----Update, maintain, qualify and forecast an expansive pipeline of prospectso----Tap into our industry-leading lead database for a constant stream of potential clientso----Attend industry trade shows and events, and join community associations to form strong network connections and stay current on construction trendso----Meet with private and public-sector construction clientele at all levels, including Owners/ Developers, General Contractors, Construction Managers and Architectso----Comfortably demo software and services, tailoring your presentation to meet customer goals and demonstrate your ability to solve the industry's pain points with Multivista's full-service software solutionso----Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce from initial contact to signed contract
Who You Are:o----You currently reside in the North Jersey areao----You are a self-motivated individualo----You have 3-5 yrs. of B2B sales experience (Preference is shown to applicants who have experience selling cloud-based SaaS products to executive level decision makers, experience in advertising, real estate sales, or experience working in the construction industry)o----You close complex deals and treat your customers exceptionally wello----You consistently achieve established quarterly and annual sales goals and objectiveso----You have excellent time management skills and strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilitieso----Comprehensive, paid training, that will set you up to succeed in the construction industry, regardless of previous construction knowledgeo----You are comfortable speaking to clients whether in a board room or construction trailero----You enjoy collaborating with a tight-knit support team but enjoy working independently while reporting to local/regional sales managemento----You understand the value of keeping up to date records on a CRM program (Salesforce) for the pursuit and status of all sales opportunities--
