We're rapidly expanding and we're looking for an experienced real estate agent to help play a key role in our brokerage. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities:

Evaluate the team's progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports
Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients
Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email
Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer's agent

Qualifications:

Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Valid U.S. driver's license required, able to travel by car
One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry
Applicants must have a real estate license
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
