results-driven Permanent Inside Sales Representative to join our
dynamic Manufacturing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be
part of a fast-paced, innovative environment where your
contributions will directly impact the growth and success of the
organization. This organization is growing substantially-going
through 3 more acquisitions this summer! This is an amazing
opportunity for someone 2-3 years of experience, looking to grow in
their career! This position is in the office 4 days/week and remote
one day (there is flexibility in hybrid aspects). The ideal
candidate will have experience with quoting, bidding within
construction and/or any type of experience in the service industry.

work environment Job Details As an Inside Sales Representative, you
will play a pivotal role in driving our business' growth and
success. You will be responsible for building and maintaining
strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business
opportunities, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets. A
strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, coupled with a
passion for sales and customer service, is key to succeeding in
this role. Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong
relationships with new and existing customers to expand sales
opportunities. 2. Understand customer needs and requirements and
provide suitable solutions. 3. Identify emerging markets and market
shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition
status. 4. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully
managing the sales pipeline. 5. Use your knowledge of the
manufacturing industry to guide customers towards the best
solutions for their needs. 6. Work closely with the customer
service and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and
problem resolution. 7. Coordinate sales effort with team members
and other departments. 8. Provide accurate forecasts and sales
reports to management regularly. Qualifications: 1. 5 years of
experience in inside sales, preferably in the industrial,
manufacturing, service, or construction sectors. 2. Proven track
record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the
phone. 3. Strong customer service skills and a commitment to
building strong relationships with customers. 4. Strong phone
presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day. 5.
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
6. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. 7. Ability
to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 8.
Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
9. Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and
maturity. 10. Ability to work in a team and independently when
required. 11. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
12. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
