are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outside Sales professional to
join our team in the Packaging industry. This is a permanent
position in which the successful candidate will be responsible for
driving sales growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate
will have a proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the
engineering sector, and will have expertise in display, packaging,
and POP display. This role requires a high level of customer
interaction and you will be expected to build and maintain strong
customer relationships. If you are a motivated self-starter with a
passion for sales and a desire to make a significant impact in a
growing company, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the engineering
sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers,
understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Present
and demonstrate product offerings to potential clients,
highlighting their benefits and features. Prepare and deliver sales
presentations and proposals. Meet and exceed sales targets and
KPIs. Work closely with the internal team to ensure customer
satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Stay up-to-date
with industry trends and competitor activity. Participate in trade
shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote the
company's products and services. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years
of experience in outside sales, preferably in the Packaging
industry. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales
targets. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong
negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in display, packaging,
and POP display. Ability to build and maintain strong customer
relationships. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent
problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections
effectively. Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office. Willingness
to travel as required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business
