Sales/Management Assistant duties are as follows: Achieve and
consistently exceed personal sales targets and Verizon's
benchmarks. Quickly adopt and excel in all sales and operational
approaches. Assist senior management in the daily oversight of
operations. Support the Retail Store Manager in team development,
training, and leadership. Deliver outstanding customer service to
aid purchase decisions. Pursue ongoing training and development to
progress towards a Retail Store Manager role when opportunities
arise. Cultivate an energetic, organized, and attractive
environment for both customers and staff. Work effectively with
Sales/Management Assistant and senior management to surpass
individual and team objectives. Engage in marketing initiatives to
optimize daily sales prospects.
